Lisle Hose Reel - I Caught A 150 Footer!
FEATURES: Reel can be fastened in any direction, on a bench, under a bench, on a wall, from the ceiling, on a compressor or on a service truck. Base has a six hole pattern for bench mounting and a center line pattern for mounting on a stud wall. Supplies 28 CFM at 90 PSI. Reel holds 150 feet of 5/8" OD hose or 100 feet of 3/4" OD hose. "Diameter 17 3/4", Width 11", Height 19" Weight is 8.8 pounds.
ASSEMBLY: Before you assemble your hose reel, you have to mount the base frame first. I used 6 1/4" in diameter at 5" length bolts. I used washers on both the top side, and the bottom side of the bolts, and secured with nuts. I tightened the bolts down with quite a bit of torque using an impact wrench.
I preceded to follow the instructions and link both the spokes together and then secure using a large screw. Then I had to put a star washer onto the shaft of the reel. Then I could slide the spoke wheel onto the shaft and secure with a 1 and 1/8th nut.

Hose Reel
The hose reel is fairly well constructed. The inlet is not tapped properly so the inlet 90 can only be installed a few threads. The arm is also a little too thin and bends slightly when the unit is only held by 2 of the 6 screws. On the bright side, there is nothing that might break.
